Context - Warranty starts on the labelBối cảnh - Bảo hành bắt đầu từ tem phụ
DTR was the first distributor to use its auxiliary distributor label as a direct entry point to digital warranty. By scanning the QR code, a customer reaches the lookup and registration page for that exact product instead of searching for the right form or retaining paper documents.
The label therefore carries more than regulatory information. It connects the physical package to an official product record, confirms distribution origin and helps the customer review product and warranty details at the moment they need them.

Challenge - Every product needs the right identityThử thách - Mỗi sản phẩm phải đúng một định danh
The customer experience depended on a difficult production rule: every unit needed a unique identity, and the serial, barcode, QR destination and packaging information had to remain paired from the source file through final print. No record could be duplicated, omitted or assigned to the wrong product.
At tens of thousands of labels, the manual workflow became both slow and unsafe. Data reading, artwork rendering, QR and barcode placement, page imposition and file export were separate steps, while a small unnoticed mismatch could send a customer to the wrong warranty record or force a batch to be reprinted. QC had to become part of the system rather than a final visual check.

Solution - One controlled route from data to printGiải pháp - Một luồng kiểm soát từ dữ liệu đến bản in
I designed and built a Swift application that reads the source file, standardizes product content, keeps each serial, barcode and QR record together, and stops unsafe output through a dedicated QC layer. The team can review errors and batch status in one interface instead of cross-checking multiple files by hand.
Once approved, the application renders consistent labels, imposes them across common A3 or A4 paper sizes and exports print-ready files that can be sent directly to production partners. It made file handling faster and the result easier to trust: a 50,000-label batch fell from more than one week of manual work to around 30 minutes, while supporting a recurring volume above 20,000 labels per month.
